Peer Review Process

EDUTERA applies a double-blind peer-review process.

Stage 1 – Submission

Authors submit their manuscript through the EDUTERA OJS system.

Stage 2 – Initial Screening

The editor checks scope compatibility, manuscript completeness, author information, template compliance, originality, plagiarism/similarity, and ethical requirements.

Stage 3 – Reviewer Assignment

A minimum of two independent reviewers may be assigned according to the subject area of the manuscript.

Stage 4 – Peer Review

Reviewers assess originality, novelty, research problem, theoretical framework, methodology, data quality, results, discussion, conclusion, references, academic contribution, and ethical compliance.

Stage 5 – Editorial Decision

Possible decisions are Accept, Accept with Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Stage 6 – Revision

Authors revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor comments.

Stage 7 – Final Decision

The editor determines whether the revised manuscript is suitable for publication.

Stage 8 – Copyediting and Layout

Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, proofreading, formatting, and layout.

Stage 9 – Publication

The final paper is published online as part of the relevant EDUTERA proceedings.
